Bremen, Germany was a mecca for awesome hardcore in the 90s
Acme - ...To Reduce the Choir to One Soloist - probably one of the most influential hardcore records of the 90s. some of their recordings date to 93-94. like they were listening to Souls at Zero-era Neurosis, Protestant-era Rorschach, and some other badass shit. one of my favorite bands
Systral - Fever - another awesome band. in my opinion fever is their best record. so fast, so heavy. this album was just before they decided to go the whole "death n' roll" route, which i don't think really panned out for them, but also spawned a lot of the heavy rocky hardcore, cobra noir comes to mind, but there are others i'm sure
Morser - Two Minutes to Doom - morser did a split with the swarm, so you know they're awesome. two minutes to doom was their first full length i think. big influence on bands like orchid and page 99.
Carol - Prefabricated - carol didn't put out that much material, but what they did put out was awesome. they probably fall somewhere in between systral and acme. less metal than acme, less hardcore than systral. but totally awesome nonetheless
the bremen scene definitely had a huge impact on the 90s eastern ontario/quebec scene, bands like uranus, one eyed god prophecy, and ire. as well as on the 2nd gen scream scene like orchid, page99, etc. in recent times I feel like a lot of these bands have been forgotten, so here you go! get into it!
