Dominic are pretty cool. A little lengthy at times. I like how they can be really poppy and really dissonant from one part to the next. They've been together for quite a while...
DangerDanger... are great. Didn't they break up a little while ago? Too bad.
Enoch are great! A sound I never get sick of!
Hurt Model are really sweet, but I wish they had vocals! Okara, yes, for sure.
Instrument aren't bad at all! I doubt there's anyway to get their album though...
All in all, a damn fine list!

Dominic have this fresh sound and feel to me. My ears perk up every time it's on. Also, they are bleeding-edge diy and take shit to new levels. Stokes me similar to Snoras, also from Norway.
DDMH is in fact done and for a while now. I think someone from it is in Hey Predator. Not totally sure but would not surprise. Really rad jams from these dogs. Sorta all over but there is something that ties it together.
Enoch is pretty standard screamo-violence but yeah, it always pumps the blood.
Hurt Model for me is perfect with out vocals. The more music I hear the more I feal vocals are not music and prefer none. Blood-curdling screaming is a different story though. I sorta love it. Only works for certain tunes and in a sparing fashion.
Instrument are one of those bands that I find soooo boring and generic but for some reason like to hear it. It has all the elements that define the genre I guess.
What you got? Any new shit? My ears are hungry.

Paul (the dude that does Pattern Behavior) has a band and a solo thing that are pretty cool. www.myspace.com/cityofifaHis band. Kind of like fall of troy but I like these guys ALOT more. The singing is much less whiny. Decent scream on him too. www.myspace.com/benicebandThe solo thing. Short songs, similar in style, always crazy. Fairly grindy. www.myspace.com/legsdeadandwell90's emo stylings. Nothing revolutionary, but good songs. www.myspace.com/myhearttojoyThese guys are getting a little too poppy, but their older stuff is awesome. Again, very 90's sounding. www.myspace.com/snicI think these guys are two from Red Hot Daggers and one from Gift Eaters, plus a couple more. 3 guitars, bass, drums. Really cool. Hopefully a 10" at some point soon. Any other awesome 90's inspired stuff I should be checking out?

I like Be Nice more so than City of Ifa but they are both good stuff. Legs Dead is cool, Midwest strikes again. Always rad bands from out that way. My Heart brings me back to early Promise Ring and Texas Is. Pretty good man! I know of Snic already, pretty rad. Midwest Canada hey?! Ha ha! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Seems like the UK has been ahead of the curve for a while. I feel like we are about to reach the saturation point of the 90's sound in 2000's. Time for breakdowns again.... Serena Joy has some amazing moments! Listen to Movement i. They are m.i.a. though. www.myspace.com/sjoyMildred Pierce is kinda neat www.myspace.com/fuckmildredpierceUSA Stuff Swing Heil This band has been around for a while and shows much promise but never got. it together. www.myspace.com/swingheilDÍA DORA VIDA www.myspace.com/diadoravidaCanada Barrier www.myspace.com/reconstructingbarrier

Serena Joy I heard a little while ago and haven't kept up on their happenings. Movement i is really cool! iii is great when it gets louder, but I find the begining a little boring. They have decent enough voices. I wonder what the rest of it sounds like??? Mildred Pierce are interesting. A little too straight up as far as the drumming, but they do have an interesting sound. Cool mash of styles. Swing Heil are radical! Here's one I wish I could've seen live. Dia Dora Vida are really cool, but again, I wish they had a singer. I think a singer would help their songs move a little better since the drummer seems to keep it fairly simple. Some of their parts are sweet though! "Continued From The Inside Out" is my pick on here. Barrier are a really good punk band. I was going to say they sounded like (and their first listed influence happens to be) I-Spy. They should play with Creeper. I would totally watch that. Again, a good list. In terms of instrumental stuff, my favorites have always been-- Lynx, who I just found out had a www.myspace.com/mrslynxReally intricate drum/bass and two guitars plinking away. Lustre King, not 100% instrumental, but pretty much. Some rad basslines in this band! www.myspace.com/lustrekingHella, there first record blew my mind the first time I heard it. A turning point. I assume everybody has heard them, but... www.myspace.com/realhella

Ulises Lima I'm not too into. Just too "rock" for my tastes. If they were a little more over the top (like Rites Of Spring) I would be way more into them.
Brito I've dug on in the past. Very cool bass stuff.
Cold Craving are pretty cool. The one vocalist (the low dude) I'm not really into, but their music is pretty wicked.
Eat People aren't bad, but I wouldn't listen to them a lot. I'd definately see them live though.
Maus are cool. Aren't they playing with Creeper when they're out West?? That should be sweet.
